The apartment is located in a prime location, right on the Arenal beach, about in the middle of the boulevard) on the 2nd floor (elevator available) of a beautiful & well-maintained complex with garden & swimming pool. 


The residence also has:

  • a balcony with dining table for 4 pers. and with a beautiful and open view of the garden (SE orientation and not overlooked), 
  • a covered private parking space on the domain
  • a private storage room on the ground floor with beach equipment and sunbeds (bicycles can also be parked in storage room) 
  • and there is a swimming pool with outdoor shower and a beautiful garden in which you can read, sunbathe...

The garden, corridors and elevator are maintained daily by the concierge.


Perla de 'l Arenal was completely renovated by us, including new floors, a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, new pipes, electricity, air conditioning and double glazed windows.


The furniture has been chosen with great care and attention to detail, creating a wonderful Ibiza/boho atmosphere blowing through the apartment.


Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and shutters. The Mzster bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and both rooms have comfortable, high mattresses of top quality. In addition, you can choose from different types of pillows, so you are assured of a wonderful night's sleep.


The bathroom has a toilet, walk-in shower, sink with large mirror, hairdryer, scales, hand soap and soaps, sufficient storage space and soft towels in various sizes, including beach towels.


The open kitchen with kitchen island/breakfast bar offers everything you need for a carefree stay: dishwasher, ceramic hobs, oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, mixer. In the winter months we can also provide an extra dining table for 2 people inside.


The cupboards are filled with beautiful crockery, various glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans of solid brands.


The apartment is located near the boulevard, but because it is located on the garden side, you can enjoy peace and quiet and no street noises. The flat screen TV has TV Vlaanderen and Chromecast, and the wifi is of excellent quality.


The balcony overlooks the garden and pool and is furnished with a round table with 4 comfortable chairs, drying rack and parasol. It is accessible through the large sliding window in the living room.


You also have a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and shopping trolley. The apartment meets all legal requirements and is equipped with a fire extinguisher and smoke detector.


Would you like to sunbathe quietly in the garden or spend a day at the communal pool? You can use the sunbeds, which are safely stored in a private storage room. The garden and swimming pool are available all year round.


Within walking distance you will find bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, various shops, fitness, tennis and padel courts, restaurants, bars, the boulevard, sea and beach. For beautiful walks you can take the boats along the canal or along the sea towards the harbour (approx. 25–30 minutes walk).


Children are also very welcome! In addition to beach toys, we have a cot with sheets, a high chair, night light, baby bath, changing mat... available (please report when booking — these are not standard in the house). There are also music boxes, puzzles, comics, books, board games, blocks and coloring material.


We maintain Perla de 'l Arenal with a lot of love and care. It is a holiday home for up to 4 people, not a party house.


Books in Dutch and an information folder with trips, restaurant tips and practical information are available for our guests.

Hello, we are Filippe & Tiny, happily married and the parents of 3 wonderful sons. We have been living in beautiful Jávea since 2017 and enjoy it here (after work of course ;-) of a wonderful life under the Spanish sun!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Thank you for your reservation! We are sure you will enjoy a wonderful time here :-)

We will send you the rental agreement as soon as possible, but the reservation is only valid after payment of 50% of the total price (within 5 days after reservation, otherwise the reservation will expire. (Total price = Price + deposit)
The balance is paid 8 weeks before date of arrival. When you make your reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Amount due in case of cancellation:
50%: More than 90 days before arrival
75%: Between 90 and 30 days before arrival
100%: Less than 30 days before arrival
(Take out cancellation insurance with your insurer if you want to play it safe) 


-> Check-in is possible between 3:00 pm & 7:30 pm (later check-in is possible yourself using a key box and clear manual) 
-> Please check out before 10.00 am
In July and August, please join a reservation already made or leave at least 7 consecutive days in between... (we can cancel the reservation if you do not follow up) 


We have decorated the stay with a lot of love, please keep everything tidy and respect our furniture, linen, beach stuff  :-)
Our property is a holiday home - not a party home!
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

The Arenal beach and promenade are very popular with young and old. At about 480 meters by 140 meters, it is also the widest and most important beach, in the middle of the Bay of Jávea. Its quality has been recognized with a Blue Flag. Children can play in the sand or on one of the many playgrounds.
At the end of the sandy beach, you will find the sports beach with climbing web, various goals & various sports squares... Another plus is that this beautiful sandy beach slopes gently into the sea, which is of course ideal for children and the elderly. There is no lack of atmosphere either, because the lively promenade is bustling with bars and good restaurants. This boulevard is also lively in the winter months, because of course it is so nice when you come to enjoy the sun in the winter months. In the summer months there are also often stalls, performances and sunbeds for rent...
If you already know Jávea, you know that Arenal is buzzing and alive. Also in the winter months many restaurants are open and people are walking on the beach ... The many restaurants are certainly worth the price / quality. Bambula, Acqua, Chabada, La Boheme ... are hip things with a pleasant vibe, a broad menu and the service is always cordial. La Fontana, Pizzeria Pepa, Amarre 152 ... are typical Spanish restaurants where you can enjoy the most delicious paella's and fish dishes. The children are also very welcome in every restaurant! Children are carried here on their hands and nothing is too much to make you feel at home .... In the residence there is also a folder with extra info, other restaurants ...,
You can easily walk to the harbor from the apartment. This neighborhood is slightly more authentic and has mainly Spanish bars, shops and restaurants. The many shops, for example, still close during the siesta. At the harbor there is also a pebble beach and you can easily snorkel there. The fishing boats also arrive here and you can buy fresh fish immediately at the fish auction. Also worth a visit!

You can fly to Alicante or Valencia airport. It is about an hour to 1:15 (drive from the airport) to the accommodation. Those who like to combine a day at the beach with trips, have a choice of various beautiful villages, nature reserves, sights & museums in the area. (more info in the info folder in the home)
If you do not plan to make any trips, you do not need a car in principle. You can take a taxi or bus (eg Beniconect) at the airport. All facilities (shop, restaurants, shops, bars, bank, bakery...) are within walking distance of the apartment. If you would still like to rent a car, we will gladly give you, after reservation, our experiences, tips and addresses.
