The apartment is located in a prime location, right on the Arenal sandy beach (100m from the beach - approximately in the middle of the boulevard) on the 2nd floor (elevator available) of a beautiful & well-maintained complex with garden & swimming pool.

The residence has a terrace with dining table, PRIVATE parking space on the domain , there is a swimming pool with outdoor shower, a garden / sunbathing area and a private storage room on the ground floor with beach equipment (Bicycles can also be stored in the storage room)

The garden, the corridors and the elevator are maintained daily by the caretaker who also lives on the domain.

Perla de 'l Arenal was completely renovated by us. For example, it got new floors, a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom, new pipes, electricity, air conditioning & new windows.

The furniture has been chosen with care and great attention to detail. A wonderful Ibiza / boho vibe, as it were, blows through the apartment...

Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito windows and shutters and the beds have wonderful high quality mattresses. You can also choose from various pillows, so that you will certainly enjoy a wonderful night's sleep.

The bathroom has a toilet, walk-in shower, sink with large mirror, hairdryer, hand soap, soaps, ample storage space & soft towels (various sizes, + beach towels!)

The open kitchen with kitchen island / breakfast bar is equipped with all modern comforts including a dishwasher, ceramic hobs, oven, large fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, mixer...

The cupboards are filled with beautiful crockery, sufficient and various types of glasses and cutlery. The pots, pans and cooking utensils are from well-known & reliable brands.

The apartment is located right on the boulevard, but because the apartment is on the garden side, it is wonderfully peaceful and quiet. The flat screen TV has TV Flanders & a Chromecast
The wifi is of very good quality.

The terrace - with open view on the garden & the swimming pool - has a large table with 4 easy chairs, drying rack & parasol. You reach it through the large sliding window in the living room

A washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, shopping trolley and maintenance products are also available. The apartment is in order with all legal insurances & equipped with a fire extinguisher & smoke detector

Would you like to sunbathe in the garden or spend a day at the pool, then you can use our sunbeds. These are in the private storage space (adjacent to the garden) Het communal. pool & garden can be used all year round.

A bakery, 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, ATM, various shops, fitness, tennis courts, padel, many restaurants and bars, the boulevard, the sea and the beach... Everything is within walking distance.

From the apartment you can also take a lovely walk along the canal with the many small boats or along the sea to, for example, the harbor (approx. 25' - 35' walk).

Children are also very welcome with us! In addition to beach toys (which are standard in the storage space downstairs), we also have a cot (with sheets), dining chair and changing pad at your disposal. Also a step, adapted cutlery & eating utensils are provided.
We also have various music boxes with puzzles, comics, books, board games, blocks, colors...


We have furnished the apartment with much love and maintain it very well. Perla de 'l Arenal is a holiday home, not a party home!
We also have Dutch-language reading books and an information folder with trips, information, restaurant tips... at your disposal.

Hello, we are Filippe & Tiny and together with our 3 sons, we have been living in beautiful Jávea since 2017. Our children go to school here, play football and tennis in the local club and together we all enjoy a wonderful life under the Spanish sun! Thank you for your interest in one of our holiday homes. We have decorated each stay with heart and soul and do everything we can to give you a wonderful holiday. If you have any questions, please let us know!

Electricity & water are NOT included in the rental price and will be deducted from the deposit. You can also opt for an all-in formula. You will then receive extra beach towels and also sufficient toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent... for the entire stay.

Deposit: €300 for a stay up to 7 days / €400 for a stay between 7 & 14 days / €500 for a stay longer than 15 days // €600 for more than 3 weeks

The reservation is only valid after payment of 50% of the total price (within 5 days after reservation, otherwise the reservation will expire.
The balance is payable 30 days before date of arrival. When you book, you agree to these terms!

Amount due upon cancellation:
More than 90 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total price
Between 90 and 30 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total price
Less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total price
(If you want to play it safe, take cancellation insurance if you want to)

We have furnished the apartment with love, please keep everything tidy and respect our furniture, linen, beach stuff :-)
Our house is a holiday home - not a party house - for max. 4 people (+ possibly a baby cot)
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house.

A beach towel is included in the bath linen package, which makes a difference in the suitcase ;-)

Location & tips

Additional information

The Arenal beach and the boulevard are very popular with large and small. With some 480 meters by 140 meters, it is also the widest and most important beach in the middle of the Bay of Jávea. Its quality has been recognized with a Blue Flag. Children can play in the sand or on one of the many playgrounds. At the end of the sandy beach, you will find the sports beach with climbing web, various goals & various sports squares ... Another plus is that this beautiful sandy beach gradually slopes into the sea, which is of course ideal for children and the elderly. No lack of atmosphere either, because the lively promenade is full of bars and good restaurants. This boulevard is also lively in the winter months, because of course it is so nice when you come to enjoy the sun in the winter months. In the summer months there are often stalls, performances & there are sun beds for rent ...
If you already know Jávea, you know that Arenal is buzzing and alive. Also in the winter months many restaurants are open and people are walking on the beach ... The many restaurants are certainly worth the price / quality. Bambula, Acqua, Chabada, La Boheme ... are hip things with a pleasant vibe, a broad menu and the service is always cordial. La Fontana, Pizzeria Pepa, Amarre 152 ... are typical Spanish restaurants where you can enjoy the most delicious paella's and fish dishes. The children are also very welcome in every restaurant! Children are carried here on their hands and nothing is too much to make you feel at home .... In the residence there is also a folder with extra info, other restaurants ...,
You can easily walk to the harbor from the apartment. This neighborhood is slightly more authentic and has mainly Spanish bars, shops and restaurants. The many shops, for example, still close during the siesta. At the harbor there is also a pebble beach and you can easily snorkel there. The fishing boats also arrive here and you can buy fresh fish immediately at the fish auction. Also worth a visit!
Many activities are possible in the area: (more info/addresses can be found id info map ih residence) - Walking, jogging, running -Tennis (2 clubs within walking distance) -Padel (2 clubs within walking distance) -Fitnes (within walking distance) -Waves (1 wave in Javea, 1 wave in La Sella) -Various water sports (surfing, sailing, snorkeling, kayaking..) -Cycling (You can now also rent bicycles on the Arenal) -Rent go carts (Ad boulevard) - In the summer months: pedal boats and boats for rent -Outdoor karting (within walking distance) -On the sports beach (part of Arenal beach): beach volley, basketball, mini football, climbing... -Yoga / Pilates (within walking distance - also sometimes on the beach ) -Karting (10' walking)
You can fly to Alicante or Valencia airport. It is about an hour to 1:15 (drive from the airport) to the accommodation. Those who like to combine a day at the beach with trips, have a choice of various beautiful villages, nature reserves, sights & museums in the area. (more info in the info folder in the home)
If you do not plan to make any trips, you do not need a car in principle. You can take a taxi or bus (eg Beniconect) at the airport. All facilities (shop, restaurants, shops, bars, bank, bakery...) are within walking distance of the apartment. If you would still like to rent a car, we will gladly give you, after reservation, our experiences, tips and addresses.
