Our penthouse is located on the first line on the pleasant promenade and the Arenal beach of Javea and has a large roof terrace with dining area for 6 people and a pleasant cozy lounge. Because only low-rise buildings are allowed on the boulevard, the view from the apartment and the roof terrace is very beautiful: a panoramic view of the Montgo mountain, the sandy beach of Arenal Bay and the sea, nowhere hindered by the presence of other apartment buildings.

In addition to the breathtaking roof terrace , our tenants also find the interior of this apartment very beautiful: lots of light, a very luxurious kitchen, dining area and living room. Large flat screen TV with all possible TV channels in all languages, a Bose device to listen to your favorite radio stations and Spotify music via Bluetooth.
