Holiday home Casa Brink is a detached and fully furnished, comfortable and cozy Spanish villa, suitable for 1 to 4 people. The house is located in a quiet and private location on a dead end road. The house is located on a mountain, surrounded by forest. You look out over the valley of Javea with orange plantations, the old village and the Montgo mountain. There is a sea view from the roof terrace.

Do you like peace, comfort and sun? Then Casa Brink is the right place for you. Would you prefer a little more life, restaurants, terraces and beach? You can get there in 5 minutes by car.

Always a place in the sun or shade
There is a large garden around the house. There are several places with seats or sun loungers. So you can always sit in the sun or in the shade. An afternoon drink in the lounge? Or enjoy reading in the hammock? This is possible at Casa Brink. In addition, there is a private swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters (not heated) and an outdoor shower (hot and cold). The roof terrace is a great place to have breakfast or start the day with just a cup of coffee. You can enjoy a long meal at the large dining table in the naya (veranda) that is attached to the house.

The House
The house has a spacious dining room, living room and comfortable kitchen. In addition, the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs and there is also a television with Dutch channels. The dining room has a large dining table with comfortable chairs and a fireplace. That makes it extra cozy.

In the kitchen you will find a large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and various kitchen appliances such as a Nespresso and orange juicer. Of course also plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. The living room, dining room and kitchen have central heating.

Two bedrooms have a double bed (180x200) and one bedroom has a smaller bed (140x200). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (cold and warm). The beds are already made upon arrival! Towels are ready.

The bathrooms have a toilet, vanity unit and shower or bath with shower. Both bathrooms have central heating. Of course there is WiFi in the house and on the terrace. There is a washing machine and dryer in the garage.

In 5 minutes to the beach on the Arenal
Renting a car is actually necessary. You can park your car on your own property. It takes 5 minutes by car to reach the old village of Javea (narrow streets, market and tapas) or the Arenal (boulevard, beach and restaurants). The port of Javea is approximately 10 minutes by car.

You can take short or longer walks from home. For an active holiday, there are numerous sporting options in the area, including cycling (racing bike/mountain bike), but also water sports and horse riding. From the airport in Alicante or Valencia it is about a 45-minute drive to the house.

Environment
In the area you will find several nice villages or small towns. Moraira, Denia and Altea are super nice. But be sure to take a day trip to Alicante, not to mention Valencia.
