In the villa there are 3 bedrooms which are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet and a unique double rain shower with space for 2 people.
The second bedroom has 2 beds.
The third bedroom has 1 single and 1 bunk bed.
All beds have two pillows with different thicknesses.
The second bathroom has a separate rain shower and a design XL bathtub.
There is a separate 2nd toilet in the hallway.
Facilities in the kitchen: large refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, airfryer, kettle, toaster, juicer, Nespresso machine, etc.
The villa is connected via fiber optic and has WiFi reception throughout the villa and the pool.

The fantastic beaches of Javea, 2 golf courses, a walking and cycling area and much more are a short drive away.
Javea consists of a beautiful historic town, harbour and large sandy beach. With plenty of local eateries, fiestas and activities, there is always plenty to do.
In addition to the Arenal (sandy) beach, there are several Calas (picturesque bays) for a relaxing holiday.
