The villa itself is a classic Mediterranean villa with wooden beams, a huge sunny terrace with awnings that give you views over the valley, the pool and the Montgo.

OUTSIDE.
The mature Mediterranean garden has palms and citrus trees.
There is also the 15(!) meter large walk-in swimming pool with a section for the little ones of 20cm deep and a separate play platform of 110cm deep and a 200cm section. There is a 160m2 terrace with an outdoor shower surrounding the swimming pool.
The outdoor kitchen with BBQ, refrigerator and a covered dining and seating area is also located on the terrace.

All this makes the house ideal for sun worshipers and active families who are also looking for occasional entertainment at the villa.

INSIDE.
The villa has 3 bedrooms which are equipped with air conditioning.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet and a unique double rain shower with space for 2 people.

The second bedroom has 2 beds.

The third bedroom has 1 single and 1 bunk bed.

All beds have two pillows of different thicknesses.

The second bathroom has a separate rain shower and a designer XL bath.

There is a separate 2nd toilet in the hallway.

Facilities available in the kitchen: large refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, Nespresso machine, etc.

The villa is connected via fiber optic and has WiFi reception throughout the villa and the swimming pool.

The rental price includes the use of gas, water, electricity and WiFi so you know where you stand.

ENVIRONMENT
The fantastic beaches of Javea, 2 golf courses, a walking and cycling area and much more are a short drive away.

Javea consists of a beautiful historic town, harbor and large sandy beach. With plenty of local eateries, fiestas and activities, there is always plenty to do.
In addition to the Arenal (sand) beach, there are several Calas (picturesque bays) for a relaxing holiday.
