A beautiful villa in Jávea. Located in a quiet area just 2 km from the old village and 4 km from the beach. You can easily visit other cities like Valencia and Alicante, as exit roads are easily accessible.
Compared to most holiday homes in Jávea, this is a relatively new bungalow on a flat terrain in a quiet area. The garden is enclosed and secure. The house has a central part with a spacious entrance, a separate washing and drying room, a modern kitchen, a large dining room and living room. The main bedrooms are located on either side of the central part, so there is privacy in between. From the bedrooms there is direct access to the garden and pool.
The house is modern and fully equipped: a modern kitchen, fiber optic with internet available in all rooms, smart TV connected to a satellite and excellent speakers to listen to your favorite music. All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. The house has double glazing, air conditioning in all rooms and for the colder months central heating. Solar panels were installed in 2022.
It is lovely outside. In the well-fenced garden, various places have been created to enjoy the sun and shade. Of course, you can also barbecue and eat outside. The naya (roof of the terrace) can be closed on all sides with vertical blinds. The garden is maintained by an experienced gardener from Jávea and has special trees, flowers and plants, such as papaya, avocado, orange, lime, banana and olives.
The pool is heated: it has both solar heating for spring (pipe system) and a heat pump (for the winter months). The pool uses salt to create natural chlorine (by means of electrolysis): this is better for skin, hair and the environment.
In short, a practical, luxurious home, where you will immediately feel at home. You can enjoy a wonderful holiday here that you will remember for a long time.
