Relax and enjoy in a beautiful and comfortable villa with private pool located in the quiet, fashionable district of Adsubia 1500 meters from the sandy beach el Arenal in Javea on the Costa Blanca. The comfort and proximity to the beach, the cozy shops, the many restaurants and entertainment venues make this the ideal villa to celebrate your holiday with family and friends.

The fully fenced villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac so you will not be bothered by traffic and passers-by. The site is closed with an electric gate. The plot is 1400m². In the large tropical garden is a large swimming pool surrounded by many sun terraces and a beautiful Spanish cabana for lounging and BBQing. The extensive outdoor facilities offer everything you need during the day, you only have to sleep inside.

Bedrooms: The villa has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), two of which are master bedrooms with very comfortable, double box-spring beds. The other rooms each have 2 single box-spring beds. All rooms are equipped with whisper-quiet air conditioning and spacious built-in wardrobes, one with a built-in safe.

Bathrooms: The villa has 2 bathrooms equipped with shower, double sink and toilet. The main bathroom also has a large bathtub.

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, combi oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, blender, orange juicer, toaster, hand blender, iron and ironing board.

Living room: The cozy living room has air conditioning, fireplace and a large corner sofa. There is a large LED TV with satellite TV (more than 400 channels), DVD player, stereo set and WIFI. In the living room there is a staircase that gives access to the fourth bedroom and the roof terrace.
Adjacent to the sitting room is the garden room (naya) with a view over the garden and the swimming pool. This room is furnished as a dining room with a large table and 8 chairs.

Outside: In the garden is a large swimming pool (5×10 m) that is easily accessible via a wide staircase. For adventurers there is a diving board and the outdoor shower also offers nice cooling. Around the pool are several sun terraces with 8 luxury sunbeds.
The cabana by the pool is a wonderful place to lounge in the sitting area or have a delicious BBQ at the spacious dining table. At the pool is a shower, a toilet and a kitchen that is fully equipped with a refrigerator and dishwasher.
The outdoor area is very spacious so that you will certainly not get in each other's way, even when the villa is fully occupied. Not to mention the nice roof terrace that offers beautiful views and is a wonderful place even at lower temperatures.

Children are very welcome. If necessary, 3 cots (with fixed mattress 15 cm thick) and 3 high chairs are available free of charge. 

If the villa is reserved, our manager will be present at the villa upon arrival. She will receive you very kindly, explain about the villa and hand over the keys. During your stay, our manager can be reached by phone.
