This attractive holiday home with private pool on the Costa Blanca is fully furnished in a modern and rural style with authentic details. There is a living room with comfortable sitting area, dining area and beamer (projection on wall via streaming).
The modern kitchen with cooking island and utility room has all appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a 4-burner stove. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.10), balcony and an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and double sink. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (1.80 x 2.10) and two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) located on the robust wooden loft. This bedroom also has its own balcony and an en suite bathroom with toilet, sink and bath with shower. The third and fourth bedrooms both have a double bed (1.80 x 2.00), en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer . The whole house is air-conditioned.
Outside at Finca Genciana
What a nice outdoor life! The garden of Finca Genciana is spacious, green and beautifully landscaped with a wide view of the surroundings and the sea in the distance. Centrally located is the private swimming pool (5 x 11 m, up to 2 m deep), surrounded by six sunbeds and an outdoor shower. In the garden house you will find a complete outdoor kitchen with bar, refrigerator, barbecue and a dining table for 10 people. A nice place to enjoy the view and silence until the evening. Parking is available on site, with space for six cars.

- In the period from July to August we use a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday with a fixed rental period of 14 days.
- Outside July to August we have a fixed rental period of 11 days.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.
- Finca Genciana is located in a quiet residential area where residents enjoy their privacy and silence. We appreciate it when our guests treat this with the same care.

Winter rental

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
