The villa is a beautiful, recently renovated, villa in Javea, Spain. The villa is suitable for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The grounds are enclosed with a gate for added privacy and security. The driveway offers parking for up to four cars.

Through the refreshing swimming pool you reach the entrance of the house. The spacious private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and features an outdoor shower. Outside there are several seating areas, including a covered area where you can sit and eat.

Upon entering, you immediately walk into the living room. The living room features a large dining table, comfortable sofa with TV and a pellet stove for extra warmth. The living room leads to two bedrooms with a shared bathroom; On the other side is a bedroom with private bathroom. All bedrooms have comfortable double beds, are air-conditioned for maximum comfort, and have spacious built-in wardrobes. The entire house has central heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, with a spacious fridge and freezer compartment at the bottom. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a juicer. Adjacent to the kitchen there is also a utility room, which is equipped with a washing machine. Through the utility room you walk outside, where there is another wonderful place to relax.
