Casa Luce, a cozy Spanish villa - for up to 2 people (entire villa). In July/August, 3 people are allowed.
It is not common that you can rent an entire house for the price of what an apartment costs. We only rent to a few people and have adjusted the price accordingly.
Ground floor/street level:
The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso and Senseo coffee maker, kettle, double sink and a natural stone top.
A beautiful living room/dining room with air conditioning, TV with Dutch channels and possibility for streaming e.g. Netflix, fiber optic internet/WIFI, Bose sound system.
On the ground floor is 1 bedroom (with air conditioning), with two beds of 90 x 200 cm and built-in wardrobes. This bedroom has an opposite bathroom with shower.
Upper floor
On the upper floor is a beautiful bedroom (new bed 180 x 200 cm) with air conditioning. The bedroom is adjacent to a private balcony with sea views. The ensuite bathroom upstairs also has a shower.
On the covered terrace (Naya) with a view over the valley and the sea there is a table with 4 chairs. There is also an easy-to-operate Weber gas barbecue.
From this naya you can walk straight to the pool and terraces with the sunbeds where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. In the summer you probably need more shade, which you will find under the palm tree, the pergola and on the naya.
Javea is located on the Costa Blanca, 100 km south of Valencia and 90 km north of Alicante. This green part of the Costa Blanca has a pleasant climate. In summer it is not as hot as inland and in winter the temperature remains more pleasant than in the rest of Spain.
Casa Luce is located in the beautiful district of Cap Marti a short distance (about 2 km) from the cozy Arenal sandy beach. This beautiful beach has a promenade with several bars, restaurants and shops. The beach with palm trees, sunbeds and showers has a tropical atmosphere. The seawater here is crystal clear and has a pleasant temperature.
The villa itself is located at the end of a cul-de-sac so you will not be bothered by traffic. The 1000m2 property is fully fenced and has an automatic entrance gate.
The large swimming pool (10 x 5m) has Roman steps and is surrounded by a sun terrace with nice sunbeds. The garden has several palm trees, olive trees and other tropical plants. Parking on site for 2 cars.
From various places in and around the house there is a beautiful sea view!
