New: Luxury apartment for families (1st floor) near the sea. It is, among other things, its location that makes this apartment a precious asset. Close to the beach, activities, shops and restaurants. Enjoy EVERYTHING in a few minutes (5 ́) on foot

On the other hand, once you return to the residence, you will enjoy peace and quiet so that you can spend a good night's sleep in excellent bedding.

The apartment is on the 1st floor in a small building, you will just have one neighbor below and one above.

For daily life, you have a supermarket 50m away, a pharmacy opposite, a pizza delivery man 20m away and an Asian restaurant.

For sport you have the tennis club is 500m away, the marina for boat and jet ski rental is 700m away.

For restaurants, I let you know which ones I enjoy most often. Don't forget to book.

My husband and I bought this apartment in April 2023. We have completely renovated it, furnished it with beautiful materials and it is fully equipped because we spend our winters there. We benefit from this mild climate and exceptional sunshine. We share it with you from spring to autumn. This seaside resort is lively both in summer and winter. What a pleasure!
