Casita Javea has a central location 10-15 minutes from the beautiful bays and beaches of Javea, Moraira and Denia. This lovely house has recently been completely renovated in Ibiza style and is equipped with all luxurious conveniences, wonderfully quiet with beautiful views over the valley. Located 5 minutes by car from the village and 2 minutes by car from a supermarket for fresh rolls.

The entire house has underfloor heating and luxury ceiling fans. Outside Naya with lounge area.
Inside naya with a view over the pool and valley. Living room with Samsung smart TV and spacious sofa with lounger. Spacious kitchen with dining table, equipped with all conveniences (including dishwasher, nespresso machine, microwave, washer / dryer and spacious fridge with freezer compartment).
2.5 bathrooms with (divided over the bathrooms) spacious bath, rain shower, 2 toilets and a urinal. Both bedrooms with (nw) AIRCO, bedroom 1 with 1 bed (160x200) bed and bedroom 2 with 2 separate beds (90x200). Swimming pool with separate children's (shallow) area, luxury daybed and several sun loungers.
There is enough space for several cars to park on site.

Coming here means not wanting to leave. This area is perhaps the best-kept secret. So once you've experienced it, don't spread the word! With a wonderful balance between luxury, relaxation, peace and the hustle and bustle close by, you don't have to do anything but you are allowed to ??
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:
cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
