Our nice spacious holiday home is located in the beloved, quiet Golden Park complex, just a 6-minute walk from the Arenal sandy beach with its cozy boulevard. Our house has a living room with adjoining terrace of 50 m2 located on the southwest, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, hall with separate toilet, spacious kitchen and 2 terraces on the 2nd floor. The complex has a beautifully landscaped garden and a lovely swimming pool, with separate children's pool, located just 50 meters from the house! All amenities are within walking distance, such as supermarket, shops, restaurants and ATM.
