Casa XuXu is a lovely and complete house, within walking distance of the Arenal beach. Lots of space in the house, many bedrooms and fully equipped. A very complete inventory and a cozy garden. The communal swimming pool is also super nice and there is no swimming ban during the siesta, which is sometimes the case at other Spanish complexes.

Very centrally located, cozy and very neat house with all amenities for a carefree stay with the family. Very smooth communication with the landlord. Nice communal swimming pool with children's pool. Recommended!

What a beautiful house. Perfect location within walking distance of the beach and promenade. The décor of the house is very cozy and everything is there. Lovely that there are 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet. There is excellent air conditioning throughout the house so we slept wonderfully. The garden is very cozy, but warm. We had a great week in this beautiful house.
