Lovely apartment in prime location, 1st floor with elevator and parking garage. Super-de-luxe apartment with a large kitchen-cum-living room with all modern conveniences, including sonos sound system, nespresso, dishwasher, oven, etc.

A 5-minute walk from the historic center with wonderful restaurants and the covered market hall. More than 10 minutes walk from the harbor where the fishermen's boats arrive daily with fresh fish. The sandy beach of El Arenal with the large boulevard and various restaurants is 10 minutes away by car. Really a beautiful atmospheric place with satellite TV and powerful WiFi.

A long-standing dream has come true with the purchase of our apartment and we have carefully renovated and furnished it. Because we are not (yet) able to be here the whole year, we have decided to rent it out to a limited extent. And to let other people enjoy our place.

The final cleaning is 100 euros and a sheet package costs 12.50 p.p. Towels are included. Changeover day is Saturday and it is possible to deviate from it if possible.
