The house has three bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and an open dining area. From the ground floor you have access to an attractive patio, a quiet outdoor area in the middle of the house. 

The absolute highlight is the spacious roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, lounge area, sunbeds and an extra bathroom. Thanks to a sofa bed, Casa Torrija can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Welcome! We are Tim & Jonneke and after many holidays in Jávea we decided to live and work in Jávea. We have been here since the summer of 2017 and we enjoy it immensely. Jávea has no less than 300 days of sunshine a year and has a large number of nice restaurants! Our goal is to let everyone enjoy the perfect holiday. We are there for you every day and, because we live in Jávea ourselves, we can be of service to you with any question/problem/comment. Un saludo!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please contact us if you need to cancel your booking.

  • In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rent will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rent will be charged.
  • If the tenant does not use the holiday accommodation or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will be made.
