Welcome to Casa Timo!
Our beautiful and cozy holiday home in Jávea (Xàbia) on the Costa Blanca in Spain.
Casa Timo is very sunny and quietly located in a residential area (Toscal) and is 5 minutes by car from the beach and boulevard Playa del Arenal.
The villa is on one level, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and offers space for 6 people.
The house underwent a renovation at the beginning of 2024. In addition, both bathrooms have been completely renovated and all windows have been replaced and equipped with double glazing and the living room and bedrooms are equipped with persianas (shutters).
All windows are fitted with mosquito nets, which were renewed at the end of 2024.
In addition, our house has air conditioning (4 units) from the end of April 2025.
Casa Timo is located on a fully fenced plot of about 1000m2 and has a beautiful garden with borders, lawn and a private swimming pool (4m x 8m) with spacious terrace, garden furniture, outdoor shower and BBQ. In the summer months you also have access to sunbeds and parasols.
Directly next to the house are an open and covered terrace with lounge set, from which you have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
During your stay you can use WIFI for free.
The living room is comfortable and homely, has air conditioning, a satellite TV with both Dutch and foreign channels and a music system.
The bedrooms are all equipped with a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and mosquito nets.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove, combi oven/microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The washing machine is also located here.
In short, the ideal base for a relaxing holiday in Jávea!
