The villa:
The villa features two bedrooms, with the first being equipped with a generous double bed and the second bedroom offering the flexibility of a double bed or two single beds. With two well-equipped bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable.
The living room, cozy, spacious and centrally located in the villa, is the beating heart. With air conditioning (hot/cold) for refreshment during hot summer days, this space is adapted to all seasons. A dining table with six comfortable chairs creates the ideal setting for cozy evenings. The TV and optional sofa bed provide relaxation and entertainment, as well as space for two additional sleeping places. Of course, there is also good WIFI, making this villa an ideal place for those who want to work remotely in the wonderful Mediterranean climate.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, dishwasher and washing machine. The single-storey villa opens to a spacious naya, a nice place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Step outside and discover a private saltwater pool, an outdoor shower, and comfortable lounge beds to soak up the sun. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ, as well as the large dining table under the pergola, invite you to wonderful evenings under the stars.
Complete privacy is provided in the beautifully landscaped garden, which is fully fenced. For added entertainment, a ping pong table is available and your car will find a safe haven in the covered carport on the property.
The area: Conveniently located, just 3.9km from El Arenal beach and 2.9km from Cala Portitxol, this villa offers an ideal base from which to explore the enchanting beaches and local charms of Javea.

- The house is non-smoking both inside and outside and pets are not allowed.
- Check-in is possible from 16:00 and check-out must be done before 10:00.
