Our lovely villa is located in Javea (halfway between Valencia and Alicante) in the quiet and highly sought after area of Tosalet, it is ideally located, less than 2 km from the sea, close to shops, restaurants and the large sandy beach of the Arenal which is 5 min drive away (the nearest supermarket is 800m away).

It is ideal for a family or friends! We bought and renovated it at the beginning of 2021 and it offers all the comfort to its guests (wifi, smart TV, air conditioning, bbq, 6 deckchairs..) The swimming pool (11m/5m) can be heated as an option (useful in April, May and October).
The villa is well equipped: Barbecue, espresso machine, coffee and tea maker, toaster, hair dryer, ...).

The villa is located in a peaceful and secure residential area (private patrols); without vis-à-vis. It is perfectly equipped for relaxation: covered outdoor terrace, magnificent swimming pool with outdoor shower, sofa area for an aperitif or a nap next to the pool. There are two outdoor tables: one in the shade and one in the sun.

The villa is on 2 floors. On the first floor there is an open kitchen, a dining room and a living room as well as two bedrooms with large wardrobes (each bedroom has 2 beds of 90/200) and a bathroom (shower). The living room opens onto a large covered outdoor terrace with a sofa area and a table for 6 people. Upstairs there is a large bedroom (180/200 bed) and an en-suite bathroom (shower). On request you can have a cot and a baby chair).

The living room as well as all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The rental price includes linen (including pool towels) as well as water and electricity charges, excluding pool heating. 
If you want the pool to be heated (27 degrees), an extra charge will be paid on arrival (in cash): 120 €/week from 15 April to 15 May, in October and November & 100 €/week from 15 to 30 May and in September.

Our friend Véronique will welcome you on your arrival and will be at your disposal during your stay in case of any problems. 

Javea ('the pearl of the Costa Blanca!) offers the ideal setting for a successful holiday, a pleasant climate all year round (300 days of sunshine a year!), the possibility of doing many sports activities (golf, water sports, cycling or walking, tennis, paddle, scuba diving, ....).

What we like about Javea is the variety of atmospheres: the old town dates from the 15th century and offers a very local atmosphere, there is a pretty port and then the unmissable Arenal, more touristy, with its trendy restaurants, its fine sandy beach and its shops, not to mention the set of coves, each more charming than the last (Javea offers 25 km of coastline). For those who love nature, there are many walks to do, each one more beautiful than the last, along the sea, in the Montgo or Genadella nature reserves or in the hinterland. A guide detailing activities to do, restaurants and good deals is at your disposal at the villa.

Note:
- The villa has a tourist license (VT-(*CONTENT HIDDEN*)-A)
- The electrical installation and the rental rate are not suitable for charging an electric or hybrid vehicle (which is not allowed). The price of electricity included in the rental price covers a weekly consumption of up to 280KWH (which is more than enough for normal consumption). Any excess consumption will be deducted from the warranty.
- The villa is located in a quiet private urbanization, parties are not allowed and it is requested to respect the tranquility of the neighbors.

We are a couple from Belgium, in love with Javea for many years! We have 3 children (adults) and a grandson. When we are in Javea we like to go for walks by the sea (there are some beautiful ones!) as well as in the hinterland. We play golf in La sella and go on bike rides. We like to go and eat tapas in the old village but also to meet up with family or friends in one of our favorite restaurants (see our guide in the villa).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We ask for a 30% deposit at the time of booking and the balance one month before the start of the stay. In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the owner will refund up to 100% if the cancellation is made at least 3 months before the start of the rental period and up to 50% if the cancellation is made before the 30 days before the start of the rental period. In case of non-payment of the balance by the set date, the owner reserves the right to cancel the rental and will refund the amount already paid to the tenant minus 250€ compensation.
