Unique penthouse with spacious roof terrace (85m2) with sea views incl. jacuzzi for 6 people between the old village of Javea and the harbour/beach (10 min. walk). The penthouse was completed in May 2023. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Casa Nimasa has a well-equipped kitchen and luxurious furniture. The apartment is located between the old village and the port of Jávea. The sandy Arenal beach with its bustling boulevard is 5 minutes away. All beautiful bays (Granadella, Cala Clemence, Cala Ambolo) are a 10-minute drive away. Many good restaurants nearby, beautiful walking/hiking routes and many sports facilities (tennis and padel courts and very nice golf courses).
