This centrally located, modern new-build accommodation is tastefully decorated, with all necessary amenities. Quietly located and yet within walking distance of the old village of Javea, as well as within walking distance of the sea, bars and restaurants of the port. The apartment has a beautiful south-east facing terrace of no less than 38m².

The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Linen and towels are provided. The living room has a spacious kitchen with breakfast counter and all amenities. Including a washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, electric juicer, etc. There is also a smart TV with a wide range of international channels, as well as HBO, Netflix, Disney+ and numerous other streaming portals. We have also provided NLZiet for our Dutch customers. A stable, well-functioning WIFI is of course also available. The complex has a beautiful communal swimming pool and is also fully fenced. Guests can use the underground private parking space if they come by car.

We are Nance and Marc. Two bon vivants who like to spend time under the Spanish sun. We are in Belgium during the summer season. With a bit of luck the weather can be nice there! During this period we would like to rent our apartment in Javea to other bon vivants. With the design, we did not focus on rental, but on our own comfort and use. As a guest you will also reap the benefits of this.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

You must pay 50% when booking.
The remaining amount will be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival date.
Deposit is 350 Euro.
Final cleaning is 145 Euro.

WE DO NOT RENT TO PARTYING YOUNG PEOPLE.
Our apartment is located in a quiet residential complex. In order to maintain peace and quiet with our neighbors, we therefore do not rent to groups of young people under the age of 27.

Cancellation Policy:
If the tenant wishes to cancel, this will always be communicated to the landlord by email.
- In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, you owe 100%.
- In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, you will owe 50%.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

The Arenal beach is approximately 2.6 km away. There is always a pleasant bustle here. Directly on the beach is a beautiful, car-free promenade with numerous bars and restaurants. Something for everyone.

The center of the lively, authentic Spanish village is approximately 900 meters away. Javea has the most parties on the entire Costa Blanca. Rarely a weekend goes by without some saint being celebrated. Stroll around the picturesque streets with the necessary tapas bars, cafes and restaurants. The pleasant life here usually continues until the late evening hours. Don't forget to go to the local market in the village on Thursdays.

The port of Xabia is approximately 1.2 km away. It is also pleasant to stay here. Under the watchful eye of the lighthouse of "Cap San Antonio" and the view of the lively marina, you can once again enjoy a culinary surplus.
