This villa is located on a plot of 1,400 m2, which guarantees privacy.
The villa has a spacious entrance with toilet, living room and dining room, new kitchen (induction cooking, oven, fridge/freezer, Quooker, dishwasher) and the master bedroom with dressing room and a new private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink on the same level.
There are also two bedrooms, a new bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet and sink and a garage with washing machine and dryer. Due to the difference in level, these two bedrooms have patio doors to the spacious lower garden.
From the dining room and the kitchen there is access to the spacious covered terrace with a dining area and a sitting area. The pool is on the same level and that is very enjoyable. There is an outdoor shower. The spacious terrace around the pool is sun-drenched and has sunbeds to relax.
All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned (cold and hot).
The whole is spacious, the house is non-smoking and not suitable for parties due to its quiet location.
