The name of this villa is Las Palmeras and refers to the beautiful palm trees in the spacious garden. A beautiful villa in a very good location, close to supermarket, beach, shops and restaurants, even within walking distance.

This villa is located on a plot of 1,400 m2, which guarantees privacy.
The villa has a spacious entrance with guest toilet, living room and dining room, kitchen (induction cooking, oven, fridge/freezer, Quooker, dishwasher) and the master bedroom with dressing room and a new private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink on the same level.

There are also two bedrooms, a new bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet and sink and a garage with washing machine and dryer. Due to the difference in level, these two bedrooms have patio doors to the spacious lower garden.

From the dining room and the kitchen there is access to the spacious covered terrace with a dining area and a sitting area. The pool is on the same level and that is very enjoyable. There is an outdoor shower. The spacious terrace around the pool is sun-drenched and has sunbeds to relax.

All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned (cold and hot).

The whole is spacious, the house is non-smoking and not suitable for parties due to its quiet location.

The villa is equipped with 12 solar panels.

We are the proud owners of villa Las Palmeras in Javea. We bought this villa in 2022, have renovated and are now renting out the house.
We live and work in the Netherlands and visit our home very regularly.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

When booking we ask for a 25% deposit. One month before the start of the rental period, the full rent and the deposit (€ 400) must be received by us.
Cleaning fees and linen fees are charged separately and must be paid locally in cash.
Excessive electricity consumption will be charged and possibly settled with the deposit.
Gas consumption for the central heating system is estimated and charged separately if applicable, or deducted from the deposit.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Javea is located in a beautiful area and offers numerous activities, such as walking, cycling and golf, but also lazing at the beach. A rental car is useful, but all amenities can also be reached on foot.
Javea consists of three parts: the old part of the city with its authenticity is very well maintained with nice shops, bars and of course the covered fresh market, a treat to stay. The second part is at the marina with a pleasant boulevard with bars and restaurants. The third part has a spacious sandy beach and boulevard with something for everyone. In short, it is very diverse.

But of course there is much more to see and experience.
The town of Moraira has a good sandy beach with sun beds and parasols and there are many beautiful bays where you can swim. Both Alicante and Valencia are approximately 1 hour's drive and well worth a nice day trip, they are beautiful cities.

There is a guest book in the house with many positive reviews and plenty of tips for restaurants and fun things to do.
