Casa La Luz holiday home in Jávea
This holiday home is a true Eldorado. A paradisiacal place with a beautiful location in the green and yet so close to everything you need during your holiday. The spacious outdoor lounge area with barbecue is perhaps the nicest place of all. Take a dip in your own private pool with sunbeds all around. There is both a dining area in the sun and a covered dining area where you can find shade on sun-drenched days. Casa La Luz is very stylishly decorated and the name says it all, this holiday home is wonderfully light and spacious. For golf enthusiasts, the Javea Golf Club is even within walking distance of the house.
Layout Casa La Luz
In the spacious and well-furnished living room you will find a comfortable corner sofa, luxury armchair, air conditioning, a fireplace and a satellite television with Dutch channels. The dining room is an extension of the living room with a large dining table. The spacious and modern kitchen has all modern appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, 5-burner gas hob and Nespresso machine). Casa La Luz has 4 wonderfully large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms are all equipped with sinks, walk-in shower and toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed and two have two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning, although the ceiling fans normally provide sufficient cooling. From both the living and dining room you step through the large patio doors onto the spacious terrace. There are mosquito nets in front of all windows throughout the villa.
Outside at Casa La Luz
In the very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden of 2500 m2 is the large private swimming pool (12m x 5 m x 2 m deep) with nice sunbeds around it. The pool has a Romanesque staircase which is ideal for families with small children. There is a covered lounge terrace with barbecue under which you can enjoy communal meals. In addition, there is a dining area both in the sun on the pool terrace and covered further on. That is also one of the many wonderful possibilities of this fine villa on the Costa Blanca. The large table tennis on the large rear terrace invites you to play a game of ping-pong in the afternoon with the whole family.

There are regular construction works going on around Casa La Luz. As a result, there may be noise disturbances during your stay. A discount has therefore been applied for the month of September 2025. If you have any questions, please contact us.
DETAILS
– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. In the other months we have flexible arrival and departure days. Ask us about the possibilities.
– We have a minimum stay of 7 days.
– We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.
– Final cleaning includes bed linen, towels (3 pieces per person, including beach towel)
The owner reserves the right to refuse bookings by groups that may cause a nuisance.

Winter rental
A stay in the winter months from November to March is on request and possible from a minimum of four weeks.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
