The casa has recently been equipped with solar panels and is eco neutral. This villa is highly recommended if you want to completely escape from all the daily worries and hustle and bustle, but still want to have nice beaches (7 km) and facilities (supermarket 4 km and restaurants from 1 km) a short distance away.

The living room is spacious and equipped with a comfortable sitting area, wood stove, television with Dutch channels and Netflix (log in with your own code) and sliding doors with mosquito nets to the covered terrace with dining area/seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. Separate toilet. Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): two single beds made up as a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3: two single beds and has a separate sink. All bedrooms have air conditioning .
Outside at Casa Javea Sol
Outside it is a true Eldorado. From home you can walk into the outdoor area and enjoy the beautiful kidney-shaped swimming pool with six sunbeds and other garden furniture all around. There is plenty of space for everyone to find a nice quiet spot. Out of the sun for a while? The naya and the canopy in the garden provide plenty of shade during a sunny day. The outdoor shower is equipped with hot and cold water. Outside you can cook on the outdoor barbecue while enjoying the beautiful view of the Montgó. Private parking and enclosed grounds with lockable gate.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
