Just a 3-minute walk from Platje de Arenal, the sandy beach is our nice, bright apartment, with many outdoor spaces. Centrally located with supermarket on the corner, tennis/padel courts, harbor and of course the cozy boulevard with its restaurant and shops.
Our apartment is on the 3rd floor, has 2 balconies and upstairs a lovely, spacious, private roof terrace. On the roof terrace you look out over the harbor, city, sea and the mountain Montgo.The roof terrace is over the entire surface of the apartment.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 adults and a cot (on request). There is a single bedroom, where a baby cot can be placed if desired. The room has a fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan.
In addition, there are 2 double rooms. 1 room has a double bed with separate closet. The other double room has a double bed that can also be made up as 2 single beds. There is also a separate cupboard and built-in cupboard. This master bedroom gives access to the spacious terrace over the entire width of the apartment at the front. Here you have the sun all day long in the winter months.
Adjacent to the living room is a lovely bright terrace with a view of the harbor. Wonderful to stay when the sun rises in the morning. The living room has an air conditioning (for hot and cold air) and ceiling fan.
The bathroom has a shower, shower cabinet and toilet. The kitchen consists of a ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso, microwave and washing machine. Behind the kitchen there is also a second toilet.
Good to know: the apartment does not have an elevator. Private parking is available under the apartment. Pets and smoking are not allowed. There is WIFI and Dutch television via NLZIET. All bedrooms and living room have darkened blinds.
