Casa Feliz

The outdoors:

Casa Feliz offers all the ingredients to enjoy the Spanish life. In the garden you enter a tropical oasis, cosily furnished with various seating areas. The outdoor kitchen with bar, plancha, BBQ and pizza oven is an ideal place for a cozy get-together in the open air. For the necessary cooling off and/or swimming fun, there is a separate room with private pool, sunbeds and a view of the Montgo. If you don't feel like swimming anymore, the hot tub in the garden offers a good variety. There is also a relaxation area in the garden (above the fish pond) and an oriental cottage for the necessary rest, where you can cook with a traditional tagine.

The Villa:

Casa Feliz consists of two floors, the ground floor and a basement. On the ground floor there are three attractively furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the rooms has its own connecting bathroom, the second bathroom is next to (between) the other 2 bedrooms. There is a spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped. Next to the kitchen is the living room with a fireplace and a view of the pool.

In the basement there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. The fifth room is currently furnished as a cinema room, but can be converted into a fifth bedroom on request if more than 8 people want to stay in Casa Feliz (this part, the cinema room has no direct daylight). In the basement there is also a separate toilet, washing machine and refrigerator.

Location:

Casa Feliz is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to the cosiness that Javea has to offer, such as the lively boulevard El Arenal, the harbor and the old town. A 20 minute walk will take you to Calla Blanca beach (the shortest route to it is easy, but not visible via (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) maps, we explain it in the house description when booking).

There is also plenty to do around Javea, visit Denia, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Valencia and (or) Alicante. For enthusiasts, Benidorm is about 35 minutes away.
Javea is approximately 1 hour drive from Alicante and Valencia.
