The Outdoors:
Casa Feliz is made to fully enjoy the Spanish outdoors. As soon as you step into the garden, you imagine yourself in a tropical oasis, with several attractive sitting areas where you can find a nice spot at any time of the day. The extensive outdoor kitchen, complete with bar, plancha, BBQ and pizza oven, invites you to long evenings of dining.
For cooling off and relaxation, there is a separate private swimming pool (heated) with comfortable sunbeds and beautiful views of the Montgó. Have a swim out? Then the hot tub in the garden is a wonderful change. In addition, in the garden you will find a quiet relaxation area and an attractive oriental house, where you can cook with a traditional tagine.
The villa:
Casa Feliz consists of two floors: the ground floor and a basement.
On the ground floor there are three attractively furnished bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. One bedroom has its own bathroom; The second bathroom is centrally located between the other two rooms. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the cozy living room, where the fireplace and pool views create a relaxing, homely atmosphere. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the villa is also pleasantly comfortable in the early and late season.
In the basement there is a fourth bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. In addition, there is a fifth room, currently furnished as a cinema room, which can be converted into an additional bedroom on request. This room does not have direct daylight and is suitable when Casa Feliz is inhabited by more than 8 people. In the basement you will also find a separate toilet, a washing machine and an extra refrigerator.
Separate guest house, new from February 1, 2026!
From February 1, 2026, we will additionally offer a separate guest house in the garden. This accommodation has its own shower, toilet and kitchenette and is suitable for up to 4 people.
This makes Casa Feliz perfect for both smaller groups and several families who want to stay together, but still value privacy.
Villa and guest house can be rented separately, but are always only rented to one tenant at a time, so that privacy and exclusivity are guaranteed.
We will personally agree the price for the guesthouse with you, depending on the period, availability and composition of the group.

Location
Casa Feliz is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, while the liveliness of Jávea is always close by. The promenade of El Arenal, the port and the old town are easily accessible. Within about 20 minutes you can walk to the beach Cala Blanca. The shortest route does not run via (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Maps, but is clearly explained in the house description after booking.
The surroundings of Jávea also have a lot to offer. Discover atmospheric places such as Dénia, Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Valencia, or visit Alicante. For those who like it, Benidorm is about a 35-minute drive away. Jávea itself is about an hour's drive from both Alicante and Valencia.
