After purchasing in 2013 we have radically remodeled and renewed the house. Nevertheless, we have brought back a number of Spanish elements, such as the old, typical Spanish doors, the beamed ceiling in the living room upstairs and terra cotta tiles both throughout the house and outside on the terrace. This is all combined with modern elements such as an image of a local. but internationally known artist and multiple, modern paintings.
Our house in Javea is not just a holiday home, but fully equipped!
There is a swimming pool, 6 person jacuzzi on the roof terrace, a Weber and a more modern BBQ, a pizza oven and 2 full and well-equipped kitchens, one inside and one outside.
From the roof terrace and from the naja adjacent to the living/dining room we have a spectacular view over the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of Javea.
There are 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and each with its own bathroom. In the living room downstairs there is a comfortable, double sofa bed.

In the living/dining room there is also a beautiful see-through fireplace on gas.
