After purchasing it in 2013, we radically renovated and renewed the house. However, we have brought back a number of Spanish elements, such as the old, typical Spanish doors, the beamed ceiling in the living room upstairs and terracotta tiles both throughout the house and outside on the terrace. This is all combined with modern elements such as a sculpture by the local, but internationally renowned artist Toni Mari and several, modern paintings.
Our house in Javea is also not just a holiday home, but is fully equipped!
There is a swimming pool, 6 person jacuzzi on the roof terrace, a Weber and a more modern BBQ, a pizza oven and 2 full and well-equipped kitchens, one inside and one outside.
From the roof terrace and from the naya adjacent to the living-dining room we have spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of Javea.
There are 4 bedrooms, each with an air conditioner and ceiling fan. Each bedroom has its own bathroom en suite and is equipped with the necessary toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, deodorant, shaving cream, cotton pads, etc.
In the blackout living room downstairs there is a comfortable, double sofa bed.
Each room has its own air conditioning.
In the living-dining room there is also a beautiful see-through fireplace on gas.
There are many places to lie or sit in or out of the sun, something for everyone!
