Lovely cozy house in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views over the Montgo mountain and the valley. Lots of privacy. The house is efficiently furnished with a spacious kitchen, a nice dining area and a cozy living room. The 2 bathrooms are retro in terms of tiles and well maintained. Both have a bath with shower. Bedroom 1 (air-conditioned) with a double bed, bedroom 2 (air-conditioned) with 2 single beds that can be put together. A third room (with ceiling fan) is located at the front of the house with a single bed. The kitchen has a large fridge including freezer, a dishwasher, gas stove with oven and a nespresso coffee maker. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer. To be comfortable during the winter period, the house has air conditioning that also heats and a wood stove has been installed. In the well-maintained garden is a spacious swimming pool with a cozy pergola with dining area. The driveway offers space for a few cars. The house is 5 minutes away from the village and 10 minutes away from the beach (car) and for fresh bread rolls there is a supermarket 1 minute away.

We are Geer & Mas, have 4 adult children and love Javea! We have been coming here for years and have found our own cozy casa in this wonderful place. We would like to share these with others. Every time we are here we enjoy it to the fullest and we still discover new places in and around Javea. The old village is authentic and has a cozy center with eateries as well as the Arenal area with its beautiful boulevard and many choice of restaurants. A must see!
