Our holiday villa in Javea is located in the area of El Tossalet. It is the second to last house on a cul-de-sac and therefore peace and privacy is guaranteed. The villa is located 10 minutes by car from the beach El Arenal. Casa Anna Luna is an attractive holiday villa with lots of space outside and very cozy inside. In the beautiful front garden with various plants and palm trees you will find the stairs that take you to the living area. On this first floor is a large terrace with a fantastic outdoor kitchen. In this outdoor kitchen you will find a lounge area, fully equipped kitchen with hob, refrigerator with freezer, barbecue and a cozy bar. Opposite the outdoor kitchen you will find a large covered Ibiza terrace, where you have plenty of space to have breakfast, eat, drink and relax. You only come in to sleep and take a shower. A large heated swimming pool with 6 sunbeds completes the enjoyment. Free Wi-Fi (indoor and outdoor)
Inside, on the same floor, the villa is beautifully and attractively decorated. Through the Naya, with a cozy seating area, you enter the kitchen. This kitchen is fully equipped, electric hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
Master bedroom: a double bed. Bathroom en suite with sink and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: a double bed. Bedroom 3, with two single beds. (Second) bathroom with sink, shower and bath (second) toilet. Each bedroom has air conditioning and large Spanish built-in wardrobes. Parking under carport (space for 2 cars) on site.
