Brisa Del Mar – Luxury villa with private pool in Jávea
Welcome to Brisa Del Mar, a stylish and comfortably furnished villa in sunny Jávea, on the popular Costa Blanca. This spacious, detached house is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for peace, privacy and real Spanish outdoor living. The villa is located in a quiet, green residential area, a short distance from beaches, bays, shops and cozy restaurants.
Brisa Del Mar can accommodate a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 adults. In addition, the house has a Naya with 2 sofa beds for kids up to about 12 years old and there is a baby cot available. The house has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Three bedrooms are located in the main house, the fourth is located in a separate, adjoining guest house next to the outdoor kitchen with a headroom of 185 cm – ideal for those who want just a little more privacy. All bedrooms have air conditioning, comfortable beds and ample storage space.
The bright living room has a cozy sitting area and smart TV. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine – perfect for those who like to cook for themselves during the holidays.
One of the biggest advantages of Brisa Del Mar is its exterior. Here you will find a beautifully landscaped terrace, a private swimming pool with outdoor shower, comfortable sunbeds and several sitting areas. The covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ and spacious dining table completes the picture – the place for long, sultry evenings with good company, good food and Spanish wine. The fully fenced garden ensures peace, privacy and security.
Please note: bed linen and towels are available for €20 p.p. There is also a washing machine and dryer that can be used. The cleaning costs per stay are €185 for the entire house.
Thanks to the central location of the house, you can reach the popular Arenal beach, the historic center of Jávea or an idyllic bay such as Cala Granadella or Cala Blanca within 10 minutes. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for walks, bike rides, water sports or discovering local markets and tapas bars. Nature lovers will also get their money's worth in the nearby Montgó Natural Park.
