This apartment offers a unique combination of modern conveniences and a trendy, Ibiza/Boho atmosphere. The spacious layout offers enough living space for 4 people.

The living room has a television with Netflix and free WIFI. The two comfortable bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds that guarantee a good night's sleep after a day full of adventure.

Hi, we are Marcel and Peggy, married, happy and proud parents of Puck and Milo.
We came to Javea for the first time in 2014 and immediately fell in love. The love remained and that is partly why we decided to exchange the Netherlands for Spain in 2024 so that we can do what we love most: ENJOY. If you want a taste of life in Javea, don't hesitate and book quickly. The apartment has been renovated and furnished with love and attention. Everything for the most complete stay possible.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Thank you for your reservation, the reservation is only valid after payment of 50% of the total price within 3 days after reservation, otherwise the reservation will expire. (Total price = Price + deposit)
The balance must be paid 45 days before the date of arrival.

Check-out before 10.00 am
A late checkout is possible for a fee in consultation.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 60th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Free cancellation by the tenant is only possible if it is forbidden by the government to travel to Spain and travel back to the Netherlands and in case of health problems of one of the travelers in the company (in consultation). In that case, 100% of the (down) payment will be returned to the tenant.

In the bay of Javea, the sandy beach El Arenal is the only sandy beach and therefore provides a huge attraction for both young, young and old. Whether you are a sun worshipper or sporty person, it's all possible here.
A big plus is that this sandy beach slopes gently into the sea and is therefore also very child-friendly.

There is no shortage of restaurants with friendly service on the lively boulevard. From trendy restaurants such as La Bambula, Chabada, Carnaval and the like to typical Spanish restaurants such as Amarre 152 and La Fontana, there is a choice for everyone.

The old town of Jávea is definitely worth a visit. The center is not very big, so you can see it in one morning. It still feels like the authentic Spain here. Be sure to visit the impressive cathedral and the local market hall. Of course, a delicacy should not be missing from this visit

Javea has beautiful beaches, one of which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain: Playa de la Granadella. This pebble beach is the southernmost beach in Javea and is located at the Cabo de la Nao. The picturesque horseshoe-shaped bay has crystal clear waters and is surrounded by jagged rocks and pine trees. Sunbathers as well as avid divers and snorkelers like to come here. A visit to this beach Playa El Arenal is the only sandy beach in the Spanish Javea, as the name suggests. Here too you can relax and relax. This city beach is 480 meters long and has shallow water and coarse sand. Playa La Grava, the name says it all, this is a 'beach of gravel'. It is located right next to the fishermen's and marina of Jávea, in the old fishing district of Duanes de la Mar. It is therefore easily accessible with many amenities, just like sandy beach Arenal, and therefore busier than other beaches. Yet there are no disturbing high-rise buildings. You can swim in the clear water, or take a pleasant walk under palm trees along the wide promenade. In summer, there's plenty of atmosphere, with artesanal market stalls and a water playground for the kids. It is the ideal beach for a family holiday in a villa on the Costa Blanca. The Cape San Antonio, which shelters this beach nicely, is beautiful to see! Platje del Portitxol or also called Cala Barraca is located in the idyllically hidden Bahia del Portixol, just before the small island of Illa del Portitxol. Like most beaches between Moraira and Denia, this beach is not a sandy beach, but a pebble beach with small and large pebbles so clear and good for diving. If you want to make a trip to Moraira, we can definitely recommend El Portet. Narrow but crystal clear

One of the most important sights of Jávea are the miradores de Jávea. This is a collection of 13 beautiful viewpoints in and around Jávea. You can drive a beautiful route from Jávea along the various viewpoints. It is even possible to do this by bike. My favorite viewpoints were: Mirador de la Falzia, Mirador del Cap Negre and Mirador Cap de la Neu. At this last viewpoint you will also find Restaurante Mirador de Jávea, where you can enjoy the best paella in the region with a fantastic 180 degree view.
