The above prices do not include the mandatory costs that guests must pay on site.

Deposit:
When booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount and a deposit of €300 are required.
The remaining amount, 75% of the total amount, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Spain.
Your reservation is only final after receipt of the deposit of 25% of the total amount.

Deposit: For a damage-free stay, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days. In the event of damage, a proportionate part or all of it will be withheld, or additional payment must be made for damage incurred.

CANCELLATION COVID
If it is not possible to travel to Spain due to the national Covid travel ban, the date will be moved free of charge in consultation.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Until the 60th day before the check-in date, 25% of the total rental amount;
in case of cancellation up to the 28th day 75% and
in case of cancellation up to the day of arrival 90% and
on the day of arrival or later (in case of early check-out) 100% of the rental amount.

Tip! We advise you to take out cancellation insurance when booking, so that you are insured if you unexpectedly have to cancel or terminate your trip. This is possible up to 7 days after acceptance of the booking.

OCCUPATION
The maximum number of guests is six (6) people.

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
The holiday home must be rented for at least seven (7) consecutive nights
