Apartment Balcon Al Mar in Javea offers you a new apartment that is a wonderful base for 2 people to explore the district and medieval Javea and the Costa Blanca.
You will have a private entrance, a kitchen equipped with all appliances, air conditioning if necessary for cooling or heating and a modern bathroom. The kitchen overlooks the beautiful swimming pool, The outdoor area offers you a large swimming pool and a BBQ terrace and a lounge terrace. The apartment offers space to add a cot. The apartment is only available for rent between:
- 15 February to 5 April 2025
- May 3 to June 28, 2025
- 13 September to 7 November
As an owner, I stay in the house upstairs with 2 dogs during the mentioned periods. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance. If you want to bring your own dog, please discuss this.

The minimum stay is 3 nights. If you come for 7 days or more, you will receive a discount of 10% on the rental rate. If you come for 4 weeks or longer, the discount on the rental rate is no less than 25%.

As a retiree I can tell you that it is wonderful to stay in Javea. We have a wonderful and healthy climate, nice temperatures, lots of sun and lots of beautiful nature. In the photo I am at the Ambolo viewpoint. This viewpoint is one of 4 in our Balcon al Mar area and 1 of 15 that Javea has to offer. They are all worth visiting. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

You can cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival and you will receive a refund of the rent. Cancelling within 2 weeks before arrival means that you will receive a 50% refund. If you do not show up on the day of arrival, you will not receive a refund.
You can cancel by contacting the landlord by telephone. This conversation will be confirmed to you by the landlord by email. If you come for 7 days or longer, you will receive a 10% discount.
If you book 4 weeks or more, you will receive a 25% discount on the rate.
