Apartment Arenal Beach is a completely renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a very spacious south-facing terrace of about 55m2.
The apartment is located a few steps from the Arenal sandy beach. Here you can enjoy a day at the beach, a large number of different restaurants and entertainment venues. It is a beautiful beach, family-friendly and there is playground equipment on the beach for the children. Many shops and supermarkets are also located nearby, so a car is not necessary for your stay.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Nespresso coffee machine. The adjoining living room has a comfortable sofa, a large flat screen TV and a cozy dining area. The living room has air conditioning. In a separate room behind the kitchen you will find the washing machine.
From the living room, the hall gives you access to the 3 bedrooms and to the 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed (160x200) and a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90 x 200) and a built-in wardrobe. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Both bathrooms have a sink, a toilet and a (walk-in) shower.
The terrace has a comfortable lounge sofa, a dining table and two sunbeds.
The complex has a communal, spacious saltwater swimming pool.
