Lovely apartment just 100 meters from the Arenal sandy beach and the bustling boulevard of beautiful Javea on the Costa Blanca! Includes air conditioning and private carport. This quietly located and comfortable apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2021.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (elevator available) and has a spacious south-facing balcony. It features a large and bright living/dining room. You can relax in the living room area and there is a 43 inch television, connected to fast fiber WiFi. The living/dining room has a patio door to the balcony.

The kitchen area has an electric hob, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer, spacious worktop and washing machine. Further facilities are also available, such as Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and drying rack.
In the sleeping area there are 2 comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a double bed of 180x200 cm. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds of 90x200 cm each, with a bedside table in between, but the beds can also be put next to each other of course. The apartment has air conditioning (also heating) for the living/dining area and each bedroom.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet.
Utility room with vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
For beachgoers, there is a shower on the ground floor of 2.5x2.5 m to rinse off the sandy beach below.

The apartment has a private carport on the grounds of the apartment complex L'Ancora. The friendly concierge Maria-Angeles is always there for questions and help. She also speaks English. On the site itself there is a covered terrace with seating areas. There is also an extra garden with washing lines where you can hang your laundry.
The L'Ancora complex is located right (20 meters) next to a very pleasant tennis/padel club. If you purchase drinks, you can use their swimming pool (with built-in bar!) all day long. This club also has a nice Ibiza-style bar for a pleasant afternoon or evening.
Facilities such as supermarket, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, bars and ATM are within walking distance.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include use of WiFi, bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Energy costs are exclusive and will be settled with the deposit.

Excluding final cleaning (EUR 75).

There are no cancellation costs up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. The cancellation costs from 8 weeks before the start of the rental period amount to 25% of the rent. From 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, the cancellation costs amount to 50% of the deposit rent. In the event of a later cancellation, the entire rent is due.
