The main house is spread over two floors and offers a warm, bright atmosphere with:

  • Dining room and covered naya (veranda) with lounge area and large dining table
  • 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, of which:
  • 2 with a king-size bed (200x180 cm)
  • 1 with two single beds (200x90 cm)
  • 2 stylish bathrooms, including one en suite with double sinks and walk-in shower
  • Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and coffee maker
  • Laundry room with washing machine and dryer

Outside, Pure relaxation

The outdoors here is at least as special as the interior. The villa features a beautifully landscaped garden with palms and shaded areas, a lovely private swimming pool with sun loungers and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen – perfect for an evening of barbecuing or tapas under the stars.

The covered naya is the place to have breakfast with a view over the valley or enjoy a good glass of wine in the evening sun.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The villa consists of a main house (for 6 people) and a separate, lockable guest house. By default, the guesthouse is not included and remains closed. Would you like to book the guesthouse (separately accessible)? Then go to the ad "Casa del Cervecero 10p". This way everyone has enough space and tranquility. 

Thank you for your reservation, the reservation is only valid after payment of 50% of the total price within 3 days after reservation, otherwise the reservation will expire. (Total price = Price + deposit)

The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before the date of arrival.

  • Check-in is possible from 16:00.
  • Check out before 10am.

A late check-out is possible for a fee in consultation.

The houses we rent out are (renovated) with great attention and decorated with love. We therefore ask that the items are handled neatly and responsibly. Partly out of respect for the neighbors and residents, it is not a party home.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will remain with BonCasa Costa Blanca.
  • In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival, you will owe the full rental amount.
  • We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
  • After confirmation of the booking, the deposit of 50% is non-refundable
  • BonCasa (or the owner) is not liable for reimbursement if travel becomes impossible due to government measures, pandemics or other force majeure situations.
  • In such cases, the renter can claim compensation through his/her travel or cancellation insurance.
  • The deposit is of course fully refundable in case of cancellation.
