CASA MILARA
With a street entrance, this is the top unit of Casalucka4enjoy . This Casa provides sleeping accommodation for 6 people + possibly a baby for which everything is available for free. Casa Milara includes a spacious living room with open kitchen, 1 large bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are also 2 similar bedrooms with 2 x2 single beds and 1 shared bathroom with toilet. Adjacent to the living room there is a large terrace of approximately 20m², part of which is covered and an open space with an electric awning. Everything is available, large dining table, lounge for 6 people as well as BBQ on Gas. There is TV Vlaanderen and free Wi-Fi.
The private swimming pool is one floor lower and on the lowest floor you can enjoy the sun on a large terrace with a large awning with plenty of loungers. There is also an adjoining terrace in the shade where you can quietly enjoy a glass of wine while reading of a book or ..

We, Katrien and Luc, discovered this beautiful and very typical Spanish village, Jalon, about 15 km from the seaside town of Calpé. We immediately fell in love with the holiday home with private swimming pool and 180° view of the green Jalon valley. This is also the ideal base for our sporty cyclists and cycling tourists!
Our holiday home is divided into 2 separate units, the completely new Casa Stirio and Casa Milara, which can be rented separately, except during high season.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Gas prices only for period 15/11 to 31/03, to be paid via deposit
Free electricity up to 10kwh / day , extra at 0.35€/kwh to be paid via deposit

Listed prices holiday home Casa Milara are for 2 persons
Deposit of 30 ´% of rent to be paid when signing the contract
Casa Milara is not for rent during high season

Payment and cancellation

Cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival date => full deposit will be refunded
Cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival date => full deposit will be retained
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the arrival date and after payment of the full amount = > full deposit + 25% of settlement will be retained.

In case of cancellation by the tenant due to force majeure (e.g. closure of national borders, Corona measures,...), another period can be agreed, otherwise the full amount already paid will be refunded.
