Right in the heart of Jalón you will find Casita Nomado, an atmospheric casa where the authentic Spanish life is still fully tangible. The casa has retained its character and charm and is a wonderful place to experience Spanish village life up close.
With its cozy courtyard, modern kitchen and cozy living room, this is a great base for a wonderful stay on the Costa Blanca. From the casa you can walk to cozy restaurants, nice bars and shops. Settle down on a terrace for a cup of coffee or enjoy a good glass of local wine.
The beautiful Jalón Valley is an ideal destination for cyclists and hikers. From the village you will discover the green surroundings, with vineyards, hills and authentic Spanish villages. At the same time, the liveliness of the coast is within easy reach.

The layout of Casita Nomado
This charming casa can accommodate up to 3 people and is spread over two floors. The house has retained its authentic character, where beautiful original details are still visible and provide a warm and special atmosphere.
On the ground floor you will find the modern kitchen and the cozy living room, with air conditioning. From the living room you have access to the cozy courtyard garden, a nice place to relax and start or end your day under the stars.
The two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony overlooking the courtyard garden. Both bedrooms have a double bed (1.8 x 2m). The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
The combination of authentic details and modern comfort makes this casa a wonderful place to stay.
Please note: The sliding door in the courtyard gives access to the owner's private space. It is not accessible to guests and will not be used during the stay.
Surroundings
Jalón is located in the middle of the beautiful Jalon Valley and is a great base to actively discover the area. The village is officially known by the Valencian name of Xaló, but is also called Jalón in Spanish. From the village you will discover the varied landscape with vineyards, green hills and authentic villages such as Polop.
A popular cycling route is the Vall de Pop Grand Tour which takes you through the beautiful landscape of the valley via Jalón, Alcalalí, Parcent, Senija and Llíber. Enjoy delicious tapas in Llíber on the terrace of Bar Varetes . Prefer a challenge? Then the famous Coll de Rates is a nice climb to add to your route.
In the village you will find VeloSol Cycle Bar, a cozy hotspot for cycling enthusiasts. Here you can go for good coffee or something sweet and it is also a nice place to meet other cyclists.
Hikers can also indulge themselves here. From Jalón, the SL-CV 119 runs via the old Camí Tàrbena towards the Coll de Rates. Along the way, you will walk through the Mediterranean landscape with vineyards, almond and olive trees and enjoy beautiful views over the valley.

Be sure to visit the famous market, Rastro de Jalón. Every Saturday, Jalón turns into a lively market with brocante and vintage items, with a cozy local atmosphere.
For those who want to look for the cosiness of the coast, you are within a 30-minute drive in the well-known and proportionatecoastal towns of Moraira and Jávea.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Thursday/Friday. With a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week with a minimum stay of 4 nights. However, your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 4 nights between bookings.

Stay in the winter months
Casita Nomado is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The house is heated via air conditioning.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
