- THE RUSTIC LOCATION. The villa is in a beautiful location and has great views over the Hondon Valley and surrounding mountains. The villa is located in a small valley with only a few houses and therefore has a lot of peace and privacy (so we are not on an urbanization). 

- COMPLETE PRIVACY. The villa is located on almost 4000m2 of fenced private land with its own entrance gate, borders a natural park and has plenty of space and privacy. The garden has been kept largely natural, so that the terrain continues harmoniously to the adjacent nature reserve. Several terraces with seating areas make it possible to enjoy changing views during a meal or a glass of good wine. 

- THE SWIMMING POOL. The villa has a lovely private swimming pool of 4x8 meters with easy corner access. Descending from 1.10 meters to 1.70 meters, it is a swimming pool suitable for young and old. The pool is cleaned every week.

- COMFORT & LAYOUT. All the comforts of a renovated house; A lovely spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a well-stocked kitchen. The 3rd bedroom is located in the basement and has its own entrance, which makes the villa very suitable for a holiday with (grand)parents or older children. (For younger children <12 years old, the third bedroom is therefore less suitable). 

- ALL INCLUSIVE. We try to offer a competitive price that includes as much as possible. Included are amenities such as linen, towels, Dutch TV, WiFi, water and electricity. Upon arrival on the spot, you only pay the final cleaning and service costs (of a total of 100 euros) to the local meet & greet service.

The villa has Dutch television (Canaldigitaal), a stereo system and the smart TV has connection for game consoles. The villa is equipped with insulation, double glazed windows and has an eco-heating for the early and late season. The Wi-Fi has a strong signal, so teenagers can also play games.

Location:
Villa Bonita Vista is located in the interior of the southern Costa Blanca. A unique place in the middle of authentic colorful villages where you imagine yourself in the real Spain. Moreover, this region is one of the most affordable regions in Spain, eating out, sitting on a terrace and doing some shopping is a lot cheaper here. The villa contains an extensive information folder, which describes walks, car routes and interesting sights.

Despite its rustic location, it is still close to many facilities. The authentic Hondon is already 5 minutes away, Alicante airport and beautiful sandy beaches can be reached in half an hour and the palm city of Elche, cozy Aspe and golf courses in about 15-20 minutes by car.

The interior of the Costa Blanca is characterized by beautiful landscapes between mountains and valleys. In this rural landscape there are many authentic villages that have preserved their centuries-old character. Every village has its own Bodega where the local wine is tasted and sold. In the Hondon Valley lies Hondon de las Nieves, a real authentic Spanish village with a lively village square, restaurants and terraces.

From the Villa there are several hiking and mountain biking trails. In the villa there is an information folder with more information about the area, walking, car routes and restaurants.
