Casa Eryna is located in the beautiful Hondon Valley, surrounded by orchards with olive, almond and peach trees. This unique location makes this the perfect holiday destination all year round.
Here you can enjoy the good Spanish life...sun, healthy air, peace and relaxation.
This is the ideal destination for travelers who want to combine the peace and beauty of the mountainous interior with the busy nearby coastal area. Alicante and Elche for city visits and shopping pleasure are also not far away. This region is also highly recommended for cyclists, mountain bikers and hikers.
The villa is surrounded by terraces in a landscaped, tropical garden of 800 m² with a private swimming pool of 5m by 10m, which is cleaned weekly.
The ground floor of the villa next to the swimming pool is rented to guests. This guest house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is equipped with air conditioning (cold/warm) in both the 2 bedrooms and the living area, for perfect temperature control during both summer and winter stays. There is international TV (also Dutch channels) and a very strong WIFI connection via Fiber. The guests have complete privacy because the top floor is not in use.
Made beds, bath and bed linen are included in the rental price.
In the area there are typical Spanish villages with their local traditions, markets, bars and restaurants and in the region you can take beautiful walking and cycling trips in the hilly landscape with its many natural parks.
Santa Pola with the beautiful beaches and marina is only 25 minutes away and the palm city of Elche, with its large indoor shopping center l'Aljub, is also only a 20-minute drive.
Alicante, with its airport, is 40 km away and is therefore easily and quickly accessible.

The Hondon Valley is always a homecoming for us!...Breathing healthy away from all the hustle and bustle, walking and enjoying the beautiful landscape, splashing in the private pool, good food, local markets and events.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
