We are originally Belgians (Flemish). We have been living in the South of France since 2012, where we renovated a castle (Château Portos) with outbuildings into luxurious holiday homes. On holiday we like to go to our apartment (Penthouse Portos) on the Costa Blanca where it is wonderful to stay with breathtaking views of the sea, river and mountains.

SUPPLEMENTS:

The cleaning costs, amounting to 115.00 euros (this includes: cleaning + bed and bath linen + personal welcome at check-in and check-out) to be paid to the Keyholder during check-in.
The electricity costs according to the meter reading, charged at 0.35 euros/kWh (this is taken together with the tenant on arrival and departure).

A week of Penthouse Portos done with girlfriend and the 2 kids. Beautiful penthouse with breathtaking view of the sea and the park. Beautifully decorated and everything for hands. At walking distance from the sea and cozy restaurants. Beautiful and provides pool for large and small .. Highly recommended and we will definitely go back

The Costa Blanca has a Mediterranean climate with the least contrast in weather of Spain. Precipitation falls pretty little throughout the year and the sun shows itself all months. Also in the area of ??temperatures, there are few extremes to mention. Frost hardly ever occurs and extreme heat with temperatures of 40 degrees or higher are also not common in this part of the country. The mild dry winters and the pleasantly warm and dry summers are caused by a Mediterranean climate where the Mediterranean Sea has a warming effect on the region in the winter. This is enhanced by the presence of mountains and hills behind the Costa Blanca that hold the heat of the sea and stop the cold in the interior in the winter. The high number of hours of sunshine and the summer temperatures make the Costa Blanca an ideal solar destination!

Guardamar del Segura is located between the salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata along one side and the salt lakes of Santa Pola along the other side. This, combined with the absence of heavy industry, means that the air in the region is known as very clean and healthy. In the area there are also many spas for people with asthma, rheumatism and skin conditions.

The white foam heads on the surf of the azure blue waters of the Mediterranean leave everyone with an unforgettable impression. The crystal clear water of the white sandy beach invites you to enjoy swimming. The natural park of pine trees and palms offers the new marina of Guardamar and the boats a natural protection. You can fish fantastic on the quay, which runs far into the sea. The beach is white sand with beautiful dunes behind it.
