South-facing balcony, quietly located and yet close to everything!
Apartment "La Pinada" located on the 8th floor is a wonderful homecoming with a large south-facing balcony. We would like to welcome you up to a maximum of 4 people in our smoke and pet-free apartment. The seaside resort of Guardamar del Segura is close to Alicante airport and offers numerous terraces and restaurants that are open all year round.
The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the bus stop and a huge supermarket with fresh bakery and butcher. In a 10-minute walk you are in the center and the beach is a fifteen-minute walk through a park. But of course all this can also be done by bus or private transport.
Our apartment is equipped with air conditioning and electric heating, TV with chromecast and internet with wifi. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 of which is also easy to slide apart. Bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped, Nespresso machine, hob, combi oven / microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer.
On the large balcony, which faces south, is a beautiful dinner lounge set. Here you can enjoy your coffee, breakfast or other refreshments in the sun all year round. There is also room for a drying rack.
The complex contains a staircase, but also an elevator. And is equipped with a beautiful, maintained swimming pool which is accessible to you as a guest.
Nice places such as Alicante, Elche, Murcia and Torrevieja can be reached within a 30-minute drive. But certainly also easy to do by public transport.
If you are sporty, there are numerous golf courses, tennis and padel courts in the area. And if you like shopping, you should definitely go to Habaneras or La Zenia boulevard.
In short, it is a pleasure here!
