Beautiful penthouse with sea views on the outskirts of Guardamar del Segura on the Costa Blanca of which the beach and nice restaurants are within walking distance, via a footbridge you can cross the provincial road. There are also several beautiful golf courses in the area, the nearest of which is 8 km away. afatand. Through the living room and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom you enter through large sliding doors on the downstairs terrace where you can enjoy the sun and shade and you can watch the sun rise from the sea in the morning. On top of the roof terrace you can enjoy the sun on the sunbeds, you can cool off under the outdoor shower or under the large parasol. On the roof terrace there is also an extendable dining table with chairs. From both terraces there is a view of the Mediterranean Sea which is within walking distance, the sunrise is beautiful to see from both terraces.

A fully equipped luxury and modern penthouse of which the 1st floor is the living area with kitchen in one, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped such as a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker (Pads, Filter coffee and Dolce Gusto), kettle etc.
Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe and luxurious box-spring beds with reading lights and exit lighting. The penthouse is equipped with shutters and alarm, flat screen TV with all Dutch channels as well as Viaplay (Formula 1 + football) and Netflix and free WiFi and internet connection. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning / heating.

The EsSence apartment complex is secured 24 hours a day. It is only accessible to residents or tenants. The tenants can make free use of the swimming pool which is equipped with a separate children's area, sunbeds and showers. You can park your (rental) car for free in the street at the main entrance of the complex. 

Guardamar is a charming traditional coastal town with beautiful surroundings and a nice weather climate. The many nice shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beautiful white sandy beaches that are easily accessible on foot (walking distance) as well as by bike or car guarantee a wonderful holiday, especially ideal if you do not like mass tourism but do like the traditional Spanish life, the cosiness and sun all year round.

Because about 70% of the population lives there permanently, all facilities are open all year round.

Hello, we are Jos and Agnes and are the proud owners of this beautiful penthouse in Guardamar del Segura on the Costa Blanca of which the beach and nice restaurants are within walking distance.
Partly due to the lack of mass tourism, but close to several other places, as well as the beautiful location with sea view and the microclimate with which this area is in the top 10 of the World Health Organization, we decided to make this purchase.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • Energy costs are not included in the price. We charge € 0.45 per kWh of electricity consumed. These costs will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Mandatory final cleaning per stay € 150.00.
  • The prices include the use of bed and kitchen linen and towel set (1 beach towel, 1 large and 1 kl towel/pers).
  • Deposit € 400,- If no damages have been observed by the manager, the amount minus the energy costs (electricity and air conditioning) will be returned within a week after the check-out date.
  • The booking is final upon receipt of the deposit (50% of the total rental price). The deposit must be paid within 5 days after booking. The remaining amount including the deposit must be paid no later than six weeks before the arrival date. When booking/reserving within 6 weeks before arrival date, the entire travel sum must be paid at the time of booking.
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days before your arrival to 1 week before arrival, 75% of the travel sum is due. If you cancel within the last week before your arrival date or if you do not show up, the full amount is due (with the exception of cleaning costs).
  • Tip: take out cancellation insurance to cover you for unforeseen circumstances.
  • In principle, check-out is no later than 10:00 am, and check-in is from 3:00 pm. However, this depends on whether other tenants arrive on the day of arrival and/or departure. Everything in consultation with our key manager.
