Are you a sun, sea, beach holidaymaker or do you like city trips and adventure?
The seaside resort of Guardamar del Segura close to Alicante airport has everything to offer with its strategic location. Tranquility, but also more than enough terraces and restaurants that are also open for the winter visitors throughout the year. The location of our beautiful spacious apartment on the 8th floor with large balcony is south oriented and is located in one of the most beautiful places in Guardamar del Segura. The sea view, dune area, view over Guardamar with the river Del Segura and the port of Santa Pola offer you a panoramic view that will leave you amazed.

Despite the quiet spot, our apartment is very central, close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Within 5 minutes you can walk to the bus stop and supermarket where fresh baguettes and croissants are baked for you every day, you can walk in 15 minutes to the center with shops, terraces, restaurants and with 15 to 20 minutes to the beautiful wide white sandy beach, with blue sea and the boulevard.

Our apartment is equipped with air conditioning, electric heating, a smart TV to which you can stream your Dutch television channels with your own mobile phone and internet with Wifi.
It has 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, 1 of which can also be pulled apart, a spacious bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and a separate toilet with sink which is nice if you are staying with several holidaymakers.

Our apartment can also be rented for up to 5 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children by creating an extra bedroom with French bed.

The kitchen is equipped with every luxury, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. You can also enjoy the beautiful sea views and dine inside in the winter months, but also on the spacious balcony that faces south, making it an ideal place for winter visitors who are looking for something truly unique.
If you prefer to park your rental or private car and/or bicycles inside, there is a private parking space available in the garage.

The luxury apartment complex is equipped with a swimming pool, a paddling pool, perennial plants and a tennis court that are beautifully maintained and open all year round.
A playground with play equipment and a large square where the children like to play and permanent residents and guests come together. Under the complex is the parking garage and boxes that can be reached by means of an extra key. There are also plenty of parking spaces along the street for your own car or guests.

In front of the complex is a playground for the children with swings and slides.

Alicante airport at 20 min drive, Alicante, Elche, Murchia and Torrevieja can be reached within 30 min drive. The local public transport with its connections is also good enough to reach the larger cities from Guardamar del Segura if you prefer not to drive yourself.

Golf is a popular sport that can be practiced in abundance on the most beautiful courses of the Costa Blanca. Padel and tennis courts, water sports such as sailing, surfing or taking a jet ski out to sea can all be found in the vicinity.
If you want to go shopping, there is a beautiful shopping mall called the Habbaneras within 15 minutes in Torrevieja and with 25 minutes the most famous and largest shopping mall of the Costa Blanca La Zenia Boulevard. Here you can enjoy all the nice shops that Spain has to offer all day long.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rates include linen, towels, electricity, internet, NLZIET and a smart TV with the basic channels and where you can stream yourself via your mobile phone.

If you are staying with more than 4 people, an extra bedroom with linen closet is available in the apartment. You pay 10% more than the rate shown. Please indicate how many people you are coming with so that we can have the correct set of keys handed over to you and sufficient towels and bed linen are available during your stay. (the fold-out bed has an electronic lock and can only be opened with the right keys)

If you want to stay for a longer period, please contact us by requesting a booking with the request for a special price.  

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord. 
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 50% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 60% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 80%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Walking from apartment to the village center. The restaurants and shops are spread out in the village of Guardamar and you can find them in every street, but where it is especially busy from Easter to September and the restaurants, terraces and bars work overtime starts here. Only a 16-minute walk from the apartment!
Church on the island of Tabarca accessible by ferry from Santa Pola
Nice park in Guardamar surrounded by restaurants.
The walk towards the beach is a pleasant walk, where you will encounter terraces and a tasty ice cream parlor along the way. Despite this wonderful distraction along the way, you are only 24 minutes away from the lively sandy beach of Guardamar. There is a stretch of beach near the apartment that is a 15-minute walk away. Then you must take the route through the forest and dunes on the paved walking paths. Beautiful beach, but too quiet for us personally and we prefer to avoid the hustle and bustle ;-)
