Great apartment on the 8th floor with beautiful sea views! It's great to wake up every morning to the sound of the waves. Rutger and Quinta are fantastic hosts, everything was perfectly arranged. The apartment is clean, modern and fully equipped. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing holiday!

Rented this great apartment in May. It looks amazingly beautiful, you lack nothing. Lovely balcony. Nice swimming pool, where you can cool off.
Within walking distance of the town of Guardamar, where there is a lot of choice in terms of restaurants.
Beach and boulevard also very cozy.
We will definitely go back.
