Casa Soleada is a modern and luxurious apartment located in the quiet residential area of El Raso in Guaramar del Segura, just 30 minutes from the international airport of Alicante.
Our apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people and is located on the 1st floor. It has a south-facing terrace overlooking the pool and the courtyard garden. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x two single beds), 2 bathrooms (both with walk-in shower, sink and toilet), spacious living room with sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, WIFI and so much more.
Facilities:
The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, cooking utensils, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle and washing machine. Bed linen and bath linen are provided but may not be taken to the pool or the beach. You must provide your own beach towel. There is also a hairdryer, a drying rack and a vacuum cleaner. Relax on the terrace, shaded or not (electric awnings), where 2 sunbeds and a table with 4 chairs are provided. There is air conditioning (cold/hot) in the living room and bedrooms.
Luxury facilities:
Guests have unlimited access to the communal pool. Upon reservation, you can use the wellness facilities (sauna, jacuzzi) once a day.
The outdoor fitness, mini-golf and petanque court are accessible without limitations. Our accommodation also offers a private underground parking space. Everything is therefore there for an unforgettable holiday and to make it as cozy and comfortable as possible for you.
