Our luxury apartment is open for you to book. It is situated only 30km from Alicante airport and 3km from the coast Guardamar del Segura. The gated urbanization has a beautiful garden with sky blue infinity pool with children's pool. The palm trees and subtropical plants give everything a southern look.
Casa Noyas is completely stylishly furnished with all the luxury that a new building requires.
We have chosen a white interior with accents in gold and bamboo such as the ibiza style. The apartment is 100% south facing and suitable for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, WIFI, chromecast, above ground parking etc. The domain has 2x infinity pool, sauna and jacuzzi (during the colder period), fitness, mini golf and petanque courts.
The icing on the cake is our lounge terrace that is furnished with lounge furniture and a large dining table with 2x awnings and you have a beautiful view of the pool. So you can enjoy the Spanish outdoors all year round.
Casa Noyas is quietly located on a safe urbanization and at 800 m you will find a few cozy restaurants and bars.
