Fantastic luxury corner apartment on the ground floor, sun all day and a spacious terrace, super modern because everything is barely 2 years old.

2 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms with walk-in shower, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc....Storage room with washing machine and dryer, living room with large TV with IPTV connection so all channels.

Bed and bath linen provided, in short, everything is there for a fantastic holiday.

The urbanization is a gated complex Oasis Beach 14, features 2 outdoor swimming pools and children's playground. Close to the 2 salt lakes of La Mata and Torrevieja. The beaches of Guardamar and La Mata are 2 km away.

There are several bars and restaurants in the vicinity, as well as a pharmacy and supermarket. A few minutes away you will find a medical center and a sports center. Alicante airport at 30 minutes.
