Marydunas is an apartment located in the quieter area of Guardamar del Segura. Guardamar del Segura is an authentic Spanish seaside resort where Spaniards also like to spend their holidays. In Guardamar del Segura there is something for everyone: a busy promenade with bars, restaurants and shops, a marina with many water sports (jet ski, kayak, windsurfing, supboard, sailing, ...) and an extensive area of quiet beach.
The apartment is less than half an hour's drive from Alicante airport. It is located between the busier center part and the quieter part at the marina. There is a large supermarket at 200m. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a small-scale apartment building that is equipped with an elevator, a communal swimming pool and 2 roof terraces. Marydunas has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath with possibility to shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. From the apartment you can enjoy beautiful views of the dunes, sea and inland. The apartment is well equipped for 4 people. Air conditioning (hot/cold), wifi and TV are available. Favorite channels can be cast to the TV, Chromecast equipment is available. There is a possibility to park the car underground.
Sea, dunes, nature parks with hiking trails and water features, marina, eateries, public transport,... are within walking distance. Renting a car is not necessary for sports enthusiasts.
In order to be able to offer a perfectly maintained apartment to all tenants, an external key manager will do the final cleaning and wash/dry/iron the linen.
The cleaning supplement includes bed and bath linen, service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out, so you can enjoy your stay without any worries.
The price of the linen includes: bed linen (the beds are made on arrival), 1 shower towel, 1 pool towel and 1 small towel per person, as well as 2 kitchen towels per accommodation.
Important: For check-in and/or check-out on Sundays and Spanish holidays there is a supplement of €25. There is also an extra cost of €25 for check-in and/or check-out after 20:00. These supplements must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Stated rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. The additional consumption will be charged at € 0.45 per kWh.
